Embark on the flight of a lifetime on Zip World’s Phoenix zip line, the fastest seated zip line in the world. Soak up the incredible history of the post-industrial Tower location alongside the stunning Rhigos mountain range, as you hop aboard for the ultimate day out in South Wales. Fly at up to 70mph in 2 zip zones alongside up to 3 others.
Alpha is the first zip zone, and consists of 4 parallel zip lines, each at 920m in length. Here you’ll feel the pure peace and freedom of soaring over the stunning Llyn Fawr to the backdrop of the Rhigos mountain range at speeds of around 70mph! This is the world’s fastest seated zip line, and definitely the star of the show in terms of speed and views.
At the Bravo zip line, you will see the rest of the Tower site below, and will once again step off the edge to send yourself flying at around 50mph! As this zip line is closer to the ground, you get a real sense of ground-rush, especially as you zoom toward the brakes!
There is a minimum height requirement of 1.2m and a maximum weight requirement of 130kg to take part in this activity. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (one adult per three children).
There is an on-site restaurant, a viewing terrace, a gift shop and also some slower paced rides (PAYG) available if you wish.
The price includes both the Alpha and Bravo Phoenix zip lines and return coach travel from Cardiff. The coach will leave for Zip World promptly at 9:30 and will return at approximately 14:30.
