Bio
Rianne van de Ven (1971) is a professional coach for gifted adults since 2007. She is also an author, speaker, trainer, teacher, researcher on the subject of gifted adults. She was the chair of the Gifted Adults Foundation in The Netherlands from 2013 till 2020. Currently she serves on the Board of Directors of SENG (Supporting Emotional Needs of the Gifted) in the USA and is the director of a company in the Netherlands where – together with 30+ colleagues - she supports gifted adults with work related issues.

In this presentation Rianne talks about Gifted adults at Work with an international perspective. A lot of gifted adults were not identified as gifted when they were a child. How does this affect their self-image and position on the labor market? What do gifted adults experience at work? And what are their needs?
