There’s nothing better than a warm Welshcake! Join us for a relaxed and fun workshop where you’ll learn how to make your very own Welshcakes with TV Chef, food author and broadcaster Nerys Howell. Nerys is a Welsh food and drink specialist with over 30 years of experience. The workshop takes place in a beautiful chapel, Tabernacle, in the heart of Cardiff. Tabernacle is a Welsh-language Baptist chapel in The Hayes, Cardiff and is a Grade II listed building. The demonstrator will talk about Welsh food heritage during the demonstration and be on hand to help you cook your own Welshcakes in pairs.
